We LOVE Cheesecake :)
We love cheesecake so I have tried many recipes. Here is one of the better ones that Tink and I made after dinner tonight :)
Organic Cheesecake with Chocolate Drizzle Recipe
24 ounces of organic cream cheese
1 cup organic sugar
2 organic free range eggs
8oz organic whipping cream
1t of organic vanilla extract
Cream everything 1-item at a time until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour 20 minutes. My cheesecake pan is broken so I used an 8x11 and made a graham cracker crust.
Chocolate Drizzle- Melt 12 oz organic chocolate chips and add 8oz organic whipping cream. Let the cheese cake cool before putting the drizzle on or it will look like this :) Bedtime is 7pm so we had to put a rush on it.
We added some organic strawberries too!

BEDTIME IS SEVEN???? How in the heck do you hyptnotize your kids into going to bed in the middle of the day??? OMGosh, they don't even KNOW they have 2 more hours of daylight left I bet!!! What time do they wake up??? And, I swear to you, this picture of her is like watching you grow up YUMMMMM
